Excellent opportunity for a HR Officer to develop their career in a friendly and personable team. The purpose of the role is to deliver a professional and supportive HR service and support the HR Manager in the continuous improvement of the Operational HR function. Responsibilities will include: Managing the recruitment and selection of new employees Providing individual advice and guidance managers on employment law, best practice and legislation Work to develop external and internal partnerships Support the change process by providing best practice advice to managers and conducting individual team consultations Ensure pay and benefits are appropriately delivered Participate in project work contributing towards the development of the HR policy and procedure Leading and participating in training events Working closely with the performance management team Line management of a HR Assistant This is a true generalist HR role and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work autonomously with the support and guidance of their manager. To apply for this role you must be part CIPD or fully CIPD qualified. The position is paying between £22,000 and £26,000 as a basic salary and offers an excellent benefits package.
