Our client is a market leader in their industry, looking for an HR Assistant to work on the frontline of a busy Programme Management Assignment. You will be providing support through an HR transformation process and supporting the delivery of targets in this new structure. You will play an important part in project managing the various stages of this project.
With strong organisational and planning skills your role will be vital in scheduling the day to day running of the process, managing documentation, arranging conferences and scheduling meetings. You will be in a very interactive role and will get some excellent international HR exposure.
It is required that you have previous experience in developing spreadsheets and power point presentations, as well as strong administration skills (preferable within a project orientated role). You will need to have proven experience of working in an HR support role.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a global project and get exposure and hands on experience within a variety of departments within this international organisation.
