Excellent opportunity to work for an international organisation, taking lead responsibility for the HR Systems and Benefits. The purpose of the role is to manage and develop the capability of the HR System and manage the administration of the flexible benefits and payroll. Responsibilities will include: Research, develop and implement HR initiatives and policies across the business Manage the annual flexible benefits review process, sourcing and introducing new flexible benefits Liaise with benefit providers and brokers and manage relationships Manage the company PMI renewal both nationally and internationally Act as the System Manager for the internal HR system Develop the HR system to ensure it is meeting the needs of the business Support the HR Business Partners with general HR enquiries This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with strong HR Systems knowledge and experience in Project Management and Comp & Bens. Working in a friendly and fast paced team my client is looking for someone who has a strong skill set who can come in and add value to the team from day one.
