Job Description

This new role will report to both the Employee Services Manger and the Head of Learning & Development, and will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of information in order to support the management, planning and development of the Trusts workforce. To achieve this you will need to be able to extract, analyse and deliver information from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and other databases for returns to external authorities such as the Strategic Health Authority, Department of Health etc. We require someone educated to degree level in an information or mathematical/statistical related field. Ideally you should be able to demonstrate evidence of formal training and/or advanced level knowledge in packages such as Microsoft Office suite.
