HR And Administration Manager required to manage a team of HR Administrators, an Office Manager and a Receptionist. You will take responsibility for all transactional and operational day to day HR issues such as disciplinary and grievances, absence management, maternity risk assessments, flexible working requests, payroll, Health and Safety and fleet management. Ideally CIPD qualified or with an equivalent level of experience, you will have prior experience of managing a team, be self-motivated and possess the ability to work under your own initiative. You will be required to balance multiple areas of responsibility, prioritise and work to deadlines. You will be assertive with the ability to influence people at all levels. Experience of working at management level in a HR role will be essential. My client is the UK's leading provider of recycling solutions and are based in Warwickshire.
