To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team. To design, develop and launch administrative systems and run specific HR processes for the Business School. To maintain systems and processes and to ensure the provision of accurate and timely data in support of the School's human resource management.
This will involve:
Recruitment- training and development, appraisals, annual reports and merit increases, sickness/ maternity records, probation records.
Maintain accurate manual personnel files for 350 staff. Filing, sort files according to information to be maintained following guidelines, maintain established databases with personnel information.
Maintain appraisal, training and sickness records and other key data. Responsible for maintaining and updating accurate data and process.
