Recruitment Officer required for an international organisation based in Warwickshire. You will manage the end to end recruitment process, which includes, drafting and placing adverts, liaising with external agencies, shortlisting, competency based interviewing, psychometric testing, designing assessment centres and offer management. This is a demanding role within a busy and fast paced environment. This is initially a one year fixed term contract with the likelihood of being made permanent at the end of term. You will have previous experience of the end to end recruitment process and high volume recruitment within an in-house environment. A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly, you will also be personally well-organised with excellent time management skills. You should also be able to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision. Prior experience of designing assessment centres and managing psychometric testings would be a distinct advantage. My client is an international organisation based in Warwickshire within easy access of the M6.
