Senior HR Advisor required to provide a full generalist HR service to Line Managers and employees throughout this Coventry-based business. You will act as a business partner and support a particular division of the business to meet their objectives. You will also take responsibility for assisting Line Managers and employees with all employee relations issues, recruitment and selection, training and development and internal audits. You will have in-depth technical knowledge and prior experience of providing a full generalist HR service. Confident and capable, you should be able to assimilate new information quickly in order to demonstrate an understanding of business requirements early on in your appointment. Credibility and the ability to build relationships swiftly are also key attributes for this role. My client is based in Coventry and offer quality assurance solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
