This is a really great opportunity for someone having started within a HR department and looking to develop within a highly recognised and market leader who pride themselves on employee development.
Your role will consist of:
„« 50% being compliance checking which is a key role
„« Answering web-based queries
„« Review and analysis recruitment trends
„« Identify processes that may be streamlined to increase productivity and provide quality customer service
About you:
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience within a HR department
Be proficient with MS packages
Have good communication and customer service skills
You will have the opportunity of developing into project based roles after a period of around 3 months having proven your commitment, business understanding and efficiency.
