HR Administrator 36.25 hours per week based in Aston, Birmingham
£16500 + benefits (permanent)
The role is based within a very busy HR team where demands and challenges are second to none! You will have previous experience in HR admin and will provide generalist support to the HR Manager, HR Advisor and Learning & Development Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for all areas of HR administration, including the following:
Recruitment & Selection
Inputting into our HR system Snowdrop
Payroll
Training & Development
Handling 1st line HR / Employee Relation queries
Invoicing
General administration / housekeeping duties such as filing, answering telephone and scanning.
Requirements:
Previous HR admin experience within a busy HR function is essential.
CPP qualification or equivalent is desirable.
