This exciting role has arisen to support the HR team in all administration duties. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to all areas of the HR function with a large blue chip company.You will be expected to provide administration support to the department head and the HR team as a whole. The potential candidate will also be expected to develop links with both internal and external stakeholders so that information flows between the teams efficiently. The ideal person will have;
• Administration experience within Human Resources
• Strong IT skills and HRIT systems (Oracle or similar)
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organisation skills
