HR Advisor required to work 15 hours peer week in the HR department. You will be required to work two days per week and will be responsible for HR advice to all members of the management team, training of junior managers to assist with one to one appraisals, sickness and disciplinary, agree service levels with department managers, performing return to work and disciplinary hearings. You will also assist with recruitment advice an implementation of policies and procedures and act as a point of contact for unions. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and be prepared to do part time hours. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified but if you have relevant experience you will be considered. You will have excellent time management and organization skills. My client is based in Birmingham and is easily accessible. They are in the public sector and extremely well established. They need a candidate who is confident and has previous experience within HR.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
