HR Advisor required to join a well known service provider based in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing responsive and confidential advice to Managers and Staff covering a wide range of HR activities from recruitment to employee relation issues. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or above of CIPD, however this is not essential. You will have a proven background within a large organisation where you have given first line advice to a number of employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known company based on the outskirts of Birmingham. Based close to the M42 makes the company easily accessible from surrounding areas.
