HR Advisor required to work within a fast paced HR team. You will report into a HR Manager. Your responsibilities will be dealing with employee relations end to end in a high profile environment. You will look after over 400 employees and work with executive and partner levels. The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified. Your employment law knowledge will be without question. You will be used to dealing with high volumes of employees and have excellent organisation skills. You will also get involved in project work and be a strong team player. You will have had relevant experience as a HR advisor previously. This role is not for candidates looking for the next step up. My client is a major UK firm with over 1200 employees.
