Job Description
This exciting new role will support the existing HR Manager in allaspects of Human Resources includingRecruitment and Employee Relations. They will give advice and guidance to Managers on all people issues and be a 'first point of contact' for all queries relation to Policies and Procedures. This role is a fantastic chance to broaden your skill set in a supportive and challenging environment.
The ideal person will:
be of graduate calibre
hold or at least be working towards theCIPD qualification
have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
have the confidence to work autonomously
have the desire to develop and broaden their knowledge of HR
This would be an ideal role for a newly qualified HR Graduate wishing to gain the practical experience to supplement the theory.
