My client is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team in a busy office environment. They will work on a range of HR activities and ensure that all areas of employee administration comply with legal and statutory requirements. They will look after the HR induction of new starters, ensuring that they get all paperwork and information and welcome them into the organisation. They will be responsible to reference checking for all new joiners. They will also co-ordinate any contract changes. They will look after maternity discussions and also the leaver process. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to get exposure to a broad range of HR activities.
The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent organisation skills. They will work accurately and have a real eye for detail. They will be friendly and able to communicate confidently with employees of all levels. They will be proactive and find solutions to problems. They will be upbeat and fit in well with a busy team in a commercial environment.

Dependent on experience, up to £23,00 per annum.
