Interim HR Advisor required to work in a large Utilities company in Birmingham. This is an 18 month contract where you will be required to support the HR Business Partner, the role will involve implementing new HR policies and supporting where needed. This is very much a project based role and will require a strategic thinker. The HR Advisor will be CIPD qualified and have a proven background within a large business in a generalist HR role. You will have previous strategic and project management experience and be confident with employee relations, however you will also have hands on case work experience as part of the role will provide support to the customer relations side of the business.
