Interim HR Advisor required to report into the HR Manager. You will support the HR team in developing and embedding the business goals, vision and values by making sure there are strong employee relations, business focused HR polices and procedures and provision of an effective HR consultancy support service to customers. You will deal with a varied portfolio of HR casework. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or part qualified and you will have held if a generalist position before where you have dealt with employee relations such as disciplinary and grievance preferably through to dismissal as a main focus. You will be able to build strong relationships with all levels of employees and advise on all HR matters including recruitment, policy and procedure advice and employee relations. you will have an excellent history covering absence management which has made a significant improvement on the bottom line of the business. My client is based in the West Midlands and is a multi site operation. You will be required to visit all of these locations within the West Midlands and can be based from a selection of offices. My client is looking for a candidate who is driven and confident. There is some subsidized travel from and to some locations.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
