HR Officer required to support the senior HR Advisor and HR Manager within a busy fast paced environment. You will be responsible for updating policies and procedures and ensuring these are implemented across the business, provide support and guidance to all divisions in personnel related issues and promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation. You will also assist on all recruitment and associated duties. You will assist the Head of HR and HR team with development of the HR strategy and strategic plan. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have experience in HR in a similar role. You will be able to work autonomously using your own initiative and be pro active in developing yourself to achieve set targets. You will have a good knowledge of employment law and personnel databases Experience of working within a charitable sector would be an advantage but not essential. My client is based in the West Midlands. They have an international influence. They are looking for a HR officer for a 6 month contract with potential for this to go to a permanent position in the future.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
