Regional HR Officer required to look after a large region reporting into a HR area Manager. You will cover the South West region which includes North Birmingham, South Wales, Cornwall and Greater London. You will be out on the road supporting Managers 4 days per week and will be responsible for all employee relations, recruitment, inductions and training. The successful candidate will have held a regional role previously and will be happy to look after a large regional area. You will have good access to the M5 motorway network. You will have had a hands on generalist background especially in employee relations. You will gain credibility easily with your peers and have experience of coaching managers. You will preferably have a retail background and used to a fast paced environment. My client is based in the West Midlands and has stores across the UK. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor used to traveling on a large scale.
