Interim Senior HR Projects Officer required to report into a HR change Manager. You will play a key lead part in the HR projects team for change. You will join an experience HR team and provide support in an extensive change management program. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with key players of the organisation including senior management and representative groups. You will be responsible for consultations and will have an impact on the organisations future services and workforce. You will have a strong HR generalist background and have up to date employment legislation knowledge. Ideally you have Graduate of the CIPD or working towards this qualification. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and want to work in a very fast paced challenging environment. You will be flexible in your approach to work and apply creative HR thinking to resolve issues. You will have up to date knowledge on employment legislation in order to ensure compliance, processes and procedures are fair and consistent. My client is based in Birmingham and are looking for an immediately available HR professional. You will have a maximum of two weeks notice but ideally be immediately available. You will be looking for an opportunity to gain project experience to develop your HR career. My client is easily accessible and ideally located.
