Following an internal transfer, Training Services have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator to support the Training Services manager and a Team Leader in providing a professional, highly efficient and customer focused service to the business in delivering business critical training.
Key responsibilities include managing a personalised course portfolio and organising demand driven training events within stipulated SLA's, liaising with the business to maximise course attendance, processing invoices and building relationships with preferred suppliers.
You will act as single point of contact in terms of actioning business education requests and ad-hoc training. To ensure that the successful will develop their knowledge in other areas, they will also act as - ˜buddy' to other team members, providing holiday cover and making sure the business is provided with seamless service delivery for all scheduled training.
This is a Temporary to Permanent Vacancy
