Job Description

Business Support Team Administrator - Bradford - West Yorkshire - £13k - £15K per annum + excellent benefits package.

Our client is looking for an Administrator to work in its prestigious offices in Bradford. The main purpose of the role is to provide an effective and efficient administrative, financial and technical support to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- To create and maintain spread sheets requiring data input, analysis and presentation
- To ensure the provision of a high quality service of administration to the company
- To process correspondence and analysis of management information
- To provide organisational support for meetings, conferences and training events including the arrangement of travel and accommodation
- To create and maintain manual and electronic storage and data retrieval systems

Experience + Skills Required

- Experience of working in a busy office environment, providing a quality and reliable service to customers
- Experience of using a variety of IT packages including word, excel etc.
- Committed to the provision of a customer focused service
- Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills, prioritising work in order to provide a quality service
- Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ensures information is easily understood and accurately communicated in a professional manner
- Recognises the importance of, and has the ability to develop effective working relationships with customers, team members and colleagues
- Views differences among staff as assets, has the ability to challenge assumptions and confront intolerant behaviour
- Responds positively to changing customer and/or organisational needs and priorities, adapting working practises as appropriate
- Willing to work as a member of a team and to contribute effectively. Demonstrates a flexible and co-operative approach, shares best practice and supports others to ensure team goals are met
- Able to work with minimum supervision in a confidential environment
