Position:Interim HR Administrator
Salary:£17,000
Duration:6 months – start June
Location:West Yorkshire
Hudson are currently working with a prominent international retail organisation in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an interim HR Assistant to commence a 6 month contract starting in June. You will be required to offer efficient administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities:
•Support HR Manager in the first line disciplinary process including and assisting with investigatory interviews and documentation as appropriate
•Provide consultancy support to Managers and employees on HR policy and procedures and first line employment issues
•Provide Administration support for HR processes, including the production of letters, reports and presentations
•Maintain and update the HR database
•Assist in the updating of HR policies and procedures
•Assist HR team in the design of training sessions/ workshops
•Work with line management to deliver HR Induction to all new employees
•Work with the HR adviser/manager to audit and review compliance with agreed Company policies and procedures
Skills/experience:
•Previous experience within a HR/training environment
•Experience of HR policy development
•Solid administration skills
•Proficient Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
