Human Resources / HR Adviser - West Yorkshire - Bradford - Travel overnight stays 2-3 times per week - Salary £28k - £30k + Excellent Benefits Package.
We are looking for a HR Adviser to work for one of our high profile clients in the Bradford area. This company has sites across the UK and you will be expected to travel and stay overnight for 2-3 times per week at various locations.
The main purpose of the role is providing advice and guidance and ensuring line managers have the relevant level of knowledge, skills and tools that is consistent with employment law, company policy, procedure and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of major change programmes developing detailed HR Plans and supporting line managers in implementation
- Develop, coach and support Line Managers where necessary to be able to effectively manage the people impacts of major change programmes
- Lead and develop the HR Administrator (Change Programmes)
- Develop an understanding of the business, translating external and internal influences into relevant advice for Line Managers;
- Liaise with HR colleagues on collective staff representation issues;
- Initiate and complete project work as required;
- Provide timely and accurate employment law and employee relations advice to ensure any employment tribunal cases are at an absolute minimum and managed effectively;
In order to apply for this position you must have:
- Generalist HR experience;
Must be able to demonstrate practical experience of supporting line managers
- Experience of successfully managing time limited projects
- Experience of successfully developing and running training/coaching sessions
- Experience of providing a wide range of operational HR services to a high standard
- CIPD Qualified.
