Job Description

Benefits Administrator - Goole - East Yorkshire - Competitive salary -12 Months contract.

We are currently offering a 12 month contract covering maternity leave for an administrator for our employee benefit schemes which include: Private health care, Save as you earn, Share incentive plan, Childcare vouchers, Give as you earn, Travel insurance and Long service awards. You will also maintain our Personnel database in respect of these benefits and some designated employment data. We are looking for a self starter, capable of working with little supervision, have the ability to develop good working relationships over telephone and explain the rationale and application of benefits to all levels within the company. Tact, discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes. You must be educated to at least A level or equivalent, you should have previous administration skills in a field where complex data has to be assessed and processed to strict deadlines. The candidate must be fully competent with MS Office applications and capable of demonstrating an aptitude for working with database queries. Experience of dealing with outside agencies such as Inland Revenue and/or suppliers is also essential.
