Job Description

My client is currently looking for a good HR administrator to join their friendly and out going team.  You will be supporting the organisation and delivering a high quality HR service across all lines of the business in a multi site, service focussed, business environment.   You will be responsible for providing the full remit of generalist HR administration support and front line telephone advice and support to Operating Managers on all aspects of general HR administration and policy procedure.  Good computer literacy skills are paramount with a working knowledge of Microsoft office. Pragmatic, numerate and a strong desire to accomplish goals, you will have good attention to detail and the ability to assimilate information quickly using initiative. A true team player, with a positive outlook, you will have a good sense of humour and willing to work with colleagues on a number of varied projects and activities.  Ideally you will be CPP qualified and have the desire to work towards your CIPD.
