HR Advisor required to provide an efficient and effective HR support service to the company whilst complying with company procedures. You will be working closely with line managers to improve their effectiveness in relation to HR policies and procedures. You will have a keen knowledge of employment legislation and be confident in providing advice and guidance on employment issues in line with company policies up to and including dismissals. You will have previous experience dealing with all aspects of employee relations in particular disciplinary, grievances and absence management. You will be CIPD qualified having previously worked within a retail or manufacturing environment. Having gained vast experience of employee relations and employment law you will have a hands on approach to work and be confident working with all levels of staff and management. You will also have a proven track record in reducing absence. You will ideally be immediately available for work and be ready to hit the ground running. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career within Human Resources. My client, based in West Yorkshire have the opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Based at one of their sites in the West Yorkshire area you will provide support across multiple sites.
