My client is looking to recruit a HR Officer within their projects team. Working within a team of HR specialists you will provide support throughout a period of massive change. Working on a number of projects integral to the change strategy you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of the programme. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have gained previous experience within a project based role ideally within a public sector organisation. You will have gained basic experience within employee relations and have gained an insight into employee tribunals. Dealing with a number of projects at any one time you will be confident and proactive in your approach to work and be keen to develop your career within Human Resources in a friendly and open environment. My client are a public sector organisation based in the Huddersfield area. They are looking to recruit a HR Advisor in their projects team to assist them through a period of change.
