Human Resources Advisor required to join the HR team and manage the Human Resources function within designated regions and departments across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to carry out a generalist service providing managers with support in all areas of the business including specifically recruitment and Employee Relations issues across a designated region. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their HR career within a successful and professional organisation. The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and have gained previous experience working in an advisory capacity within a professional services environment. You will have a keen knowledge of employment law and be confident working with all levels of staff and management, with the ability to influence senior management. Supervising the work of a Human Resources Assistant, you will lead by example whilst providing them with advice and guidance when necessary. My client, based in West Yorkshire are a professional organisation with a leading presence in their field. They are a commercially driven, dynamic organisation who are seeking a like minded HR professional to play an integral part in their team. Looking for an interim HR Advisor to cover maternity my client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to further their career within a prominent and professional company. Candidates who are immediately available will be looked upon favorably for this role although it is not essential.
