Interim HR Project Manager required by my client, a high profile unionised organisation undergoing an extensive period of transformation. Leading on a range of prevalent and complex HR issues such as new business integration, TUPE and change programmes; you will provide a professional consultancy service to business managers, delivering creative solutions in line with recognised project management methodologies, on time and within budget, whilst continuously driving through change. Ideally CIPD qualified along you will have extensive experience within HR and ideally hold an appropriate qualification pertaining to project management. Excellent communication and decision making skills along with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly and effectively are prerequisites for this role.
