This project based role, requires someone with experience in Programme Management, organisational change including design and development, management of people workstreams, implementation and evaluation. This role will be responsible for project managing significant HR change programmes with multiple workstreams in a Not for Profit organisation. This role will be expected to identify, propose and manage to completion, a range of projects covering areas such as organisational design, restructuring, policies and best practice. Including planning, implementation, budget, risk logs, evaluation, engaging key stakeholders and developing effective policy/procedures to ensure a smooth transition across the business. To be successful in this role you will have a strong project management experience, either in-house or in a consultancy, as well as a HR generalist background. Experience in delivering culture change programmes within a HR environment and the ability to understand complex business environments is essential for success. The ability to influence stakeholders from board level down is key in this role, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. C-JD-76946
