This design lead organisation is currently recruiting a Talent Manager to take ownership of recruitment, internal resourcing and change management. This is a fantastic opportunity to steer and develop a progressive and ambitious organisation.
Reporting to the HR manager and working closely with the business you will develop and manage recruitment processes, liaise with recruitment consultancies and ensure service levels are being maintained. You will have the opportunity to define and develop new recruitment channels to target breadth and diversity of talent. You will optimise the allocation of work amongst staff, managing individual needs and maintaining adequate resources. Finally you will undertake the continuous change management process that is necessary for this organisation to develop.
The successful applicant will have recruitment, resourcing and change management experience and superb communication skills. Preferably CIPD qualified, you will be of graduate caliber.
