Job Title: Interim HR Manager - Remuneration & Benefits
Location: Cumbria
Salary: £250 - £300 per day – 6 months

Background
A great opportunity has become available for an Interim HR Manager to work for a market-leading organisation with an enviable reputation and an excellent culture.
The Role
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Manager with strong project management skills with particular focus on R&B.
Ideally you will have experience in change and implemented new systems and processes and will also have played a leading role through pay review cycles.
You will be responsible for grading all employee bonus, market rates review and lead the development of a R&B strategy.
The Person
Of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified or equivalent, you are likely to have HR management experience gained within a large, unionised multi site organisation with in-depth knowledge of R&B. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence senior management.
