I am currently looking for a consultant who can lead on an organisational change project. You will be part of a team that delivers an Organisational Design , Change implementation looking at the organisational structure, accountabilities and governance.
This will take place in the for of a number of key initiative that will include:
Developing role profiles
Recruitment
Setting up an assessment centre
Establishing clear accountabilities
Devising governance and management committees and reporting structures to allow a clear flow of communication for all parts of the business.
