Job Reference: 19701 Job Title: HR Business Analyst Package: £35-40,000 + Car Allowance Location: London Position Type: Permanent Contact Name: Chris Pearson Contact Company: JAM HR Systems The Background Leading HR & Payroll software organisation with an expanding business and projected growth plans, is currently seeking to recruit a HR Business Analyst to work with clients to help them define and develop their HR Technology. The Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and therefore having excellent influence on service decision-making, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, taking into account their requirements and putting together a customised HR and Payroll solution that best benefits their organisation and working practices. Co-ordinating any initial change management processes, you will work with implementation consultants, ensuring that they transfer the theory and strategy into operational processes. You will be required to act as the project manager and act as the functional lead when more than one representative from the organisation is working on a transformation project on client site. The Professional The successful candidate will have proven business analysis experience, ideally gained within a client-facing role. You may have come from an implementation background where you have been required to work on the entire transformation life cycle from business analysis stage. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and push back within a customer-facing environment. This is a field-based position, so you may be required to work around the UK on occasion.
