Job Description

- Behavioural Change Management - implementing new ways of working, communication and stakeholder management
- Talent Development - creating talent management strategies and designing learning and development solutions
- Organisation Development - advising and implementing on organisation re-design, including cultural change and designing new performance management and reward processes
- HR Transformation and Optimisation - working with HR departments to deliver more effective and efficient delivery of people services. This part of the organisation is one of the fastest growing areas in advisory. The success of the team has led to a position for an Advisor with proven experience in HR Transformation and Optimisation, focusing on the Financial Services sector. -Experience within consultancy and experience within the financial services industry - ideally within in Investment Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets;
- HR Transformation expertise and understanding of leading/emerging practices
- Proactive and driven self-starter who can take client aspirations and ideas and turn them into practical reality;
