HR Change Consultant, top Consultancy, based London, to £55,000 plus car, bonus and benefits. Leading management consultancy setting the agenda in HR consulting are now looking for outstanding individuals to join their award-winning team of Organisational Change and HR Transformation specialists due to growth.
You could be an accomplished consultant already or could be an HR professional in a blue chip corporate with deep-rooted skills and personal credibility to engage with leading organisations and deliver results. You will have and provide significant expertise in one or more of the following areas:
•organizational design;
•shared service implementation;
•HR process outsourcing;
•workforce productivity improvement;
•general HR management;
•change and employee transition management
