Job Description

An urgent role has arisen for a Human Resources Project Manager within the global businesses of a market leading investment bank. This exciting opportunity is primarily focused on the delivery of multiple resourcing projects within a fast paced and challenging global human resources function.

This role will manage one or more human resources resourcing projects of varying scale, complexity and scope as part of the overall Resourcing Programme objectives

The key accountabilities of this Programme Manager are to:

• Manage planning and deployment of new technology and services
• Evaluate and make recommendations for process changes as a result of systems changes
• Coordinate, support and deliver key technical aspects of the growing resourcing function
• Review process issues and enhancement requests as appropriate to Head of Sourcing and project stakeholders
• Ensure project and programme deliverables are aligned to the requirements of the programmes stakeholders
• Keep simultaneous projects consistently on schedule and to budget

In order to be considered for this role the successful Human Resources Project Manager must have:

• Significant experience managing human resources projects within global financial institutions
• Experience deploying recruitment technology systems
• Proven experience of managing change projects within Human Resources
• Ability to coordinate human resources generalists, business support and senior level stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple demands
