Job Description

Two of my largest high profile Public Sector clients have an immediate requirement for an interim Workforce Planning Manager to join them on an interim basis for 3 to 6 months. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be an experienced Workforce Planning Manager or an experienced HR Manager with a strong Workforce Planning input. You will be an effective communicator and objection handler, be single minded and focussed on bringing together an effective Workforce plan through throrough investigation and consultation with Line Managers, Directors and Key Stakeholders. You will have proven project management skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to complete tasks within allocated timeframes and budgets. You will ideally have experience gained within the NHS or Local Council but candidates with a proven Workforce Management background form other sectors will be considered. Interviews to commence ASAP.
