The Background
Highly regarded luxury retailer with an enviable position within their particular market area is currently seeking to recruit a HR MI Manager to lead a team in delivering timely and accurate HR and Organisational data across a large business network. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract, but will become permanent for the right candidate.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead a team of 4 HR MI Analysts through varying projects and day-to-day issues. You will also offer a performance improvement service, looking at procedures and data quality and offering, where appropriate, advice to ensure maximum impact of business related information.
As the lead professional within the HR MI team you will lead any regular or adhoc projects, driving the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the agreed quality levels.
Acting as the lead analyst, you will carry out analysis of often complex issues and review correlation to business outcomes on issues such as pay and grading, employee turnover, absence, etc.
The Professional
The successful candidate will be an experienced people management professional within a HR Management Information role. You will have experience of driving HR MI projects with both strategic and operational responsibility. You will be a passionate analytical data manager with the vision and entrepreneurial skills to determine business need and drive change initiatives across large business areas.
