My client, a public sector organisation based in South Wales is looking to recruit a Change and Culture Management consultant on a 7 month contract starting from 1st October.
As part of this change programme, you will:
•Support, advise and assist in operational HR issues
•Develop an HR strategy for the business
•Advise and support in organizational development.
•Advise on pay and grading matters
•Advise and support on recruitment and selection activities including assessment centres
In addition you will advise on cultural matters in relation to embedding current operations and ways of working. There will also be some consultation, communication and negotiation with employee representatives including trade unions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational HR experience preferably within a public sector environment.
