Position: Project Manager Reference: 20357 Salary: c£40-47k + Car Allowance Location: Hampshire/Berkshire/Wiltshire Contact: Chris Pearson - JAM HR Systems Are you a highly skilled HR & Payroll systems transformation professional? Do you have the experience and gravitas to manage and support relationships with some of the largest organisations in the world? Can you lead and manage project teams of up to c15? The Background This leading international technology outsource organisation with a presence in 160 different countries is currently seeking to recruit HR & Payroll transformation professional to drive systems change projects within a client facing capacity. You will act as the functional lead on all change projects, ensuring that project teams are led to meet agreed time scales. The Responsibilities Within a client partner capacity and reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager, you will take ownership of HR & Payroll systems transformation lifecycles. You will initially work with and as part of the Business Analysis team to develop the overall landscape including requirements gathering and designing the functional and technical specifications. Responsible for varying types and sizes of implementation and transformation project teams, you will manage project life cycles, ensuring that the team is performing and supporting to their agreed levels of service during the process. You will drive improvement processes, ensuring that you understand the competitor base to develop specialist knowledge in business sectors and technological advances in order to advise and guide the sales and product development teams. The Professional You will be an experienced transformation HR & Payroll systems project manager, with a proven track record in product and service delivery within a client-facing role. Ideally as a PRINCE2 practitioner, you will have the experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships, you will also have the skills to manage client relationships and have the ability to negotiate. You will be an excellent people manager with the ability to set targets and delegate within a project environment.
