Our client, one of Europe's leading professional services firms are looking for an Head of Global Mobility to join their Human Resources team in Russia. With an outstanding International reputation for their value service to clients, their investment in their people, this firm is an exceptional employer. With a fee revenue in excess of $550m in this division and a total staff population of around 6000 in 24 countries, this is the largest territory with over 2000 people. The role of the Head of Global Mobility will be to drive and deliver targets for international short and long-term assignments both into and outside of Russia. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience as they will be managing a large team within Global Mobility in the day to day operations of international human resource issues: relocation, compensation and benefits, immigration and taxation. You will: Manage all human resource aspects of international placements, procedures and policies for Russia. Direct fiscal, operational and policy administration of expatriate, secondment and immigration programs. Represent Russia worldwide as Head of Global Mobility in a current Priority Market Liaise with 30+ countries to negotiate cost structures and revenue/expense allocation. Oversee international compensation and benefits policy, structure and payroll in Russia. Ensure that the international recruitment objectives support the overall strategic vision of top management.
