Job Title:Compensation & Benefits Manager Location: London Salary:c£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car + Bens Package Ref:020858/SA The Background: International organisation is currently seeking a Reward Manager to work with the Reward team in providing and delivering a forward thinking, innovative Reward strategy across the organisation both within the UK and Ireland. The Role: Managing one direct report, reporting directly in to the Head of Reward, your role will involve the coordination and management of: · All employee benefits & compensation programmes · Pension schemes and share plans · Implementation and review of performance strategies · Salary reviews · Project work related to the implementation of additional benefits · Provision of reports, analysis and statistics relating to the above The Person: Of graduate calibre with strong IT literacy and proven hands on Reward experience. The successful candidate will have a thorough, detailed and analytical approach with the ability to quickly prioritise, organise and deliver Reward programmes. This is a fast paced, energetic environment where the need to build relationships and communicate at all levels is a must, a team player with a positive outlook and the ability to gain credibility is a must. In compliance with the new regulations (April 2004) in place under the Employment Agencies Act, JAM HR Solutions will require proof of identification.
