Background:
This world leading manufacturing organisation is actively seeking an International Compensation & Benefits Analyst on an initial 6-month contract. Working within the European HR team you will be the main point of contact regarding all compensation & benefits issues across the European region. To surmise this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multinational organisation within a highly diverse role.
The Role:
The responsibilities of an International Compensation & Benefits Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
·Conduct annual salary surveys across the European region
·Research and administer benefits across the European region
·Implementation a and maintenance of HR Peoplesoft database
·Other Ad hoc project work
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the area of international compensation and benefits or reward or remuneration. Experience within an international organisation is essential as you will be dealing with business units from all over Europe, providing them with advice regarding a variety of comps and bens issues. Experience of dealing with Peoplesoft HR software is preferable but not essential. This is a unique opportunity to work for a world-renowned organisation in an integral position.
