Excellent opportunity to develop your existing skills with support from a manager, whilst being encouraged to use your own initiative and build on those skills. Assisting with the development and management of employee benefits, you will be working on policies and processes and the communication of schemes globally. Duties will include monitoring schemes, providing cost and benefit analysis by country, scheme review and renewals, benchmarking and researching trends. You will be given projects to manage from start to finish and will assist with standardising policies and preparing employee documentation.
Previous benefits experience is essential together with strong excel and word skills, a proven analytical bias, the ability to organise and prioritise and communicate effectively.
