My client, a leading multinational business based in the Thames Valley is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits analyst on a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a pivotal role within their HR function providing not only the interface between the compensation & benefits team and the business but will also have high level exposure to the senior management team working on a number of interesting projects. As such exemplary communication, relationship building and influencing skills are a must.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and high quality compensation service to include the provision of sophisticated advice, information and support to the HR team. In addition, you will be involved in the implementation of targeted, cost-effective and proactive compensation programs to support the needs and development of the business. In addition you will support the business in the Benefits renewal process through data gathering and vendor selection process and act as project manager for ad hoc projects. This position also requires a good understanding and awareness of pension framework, benefits regime and compensation practices.
The ideal start date for this position is July so immediate availability is required.
