My client, a leading multinational business based in Berkshire is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits analyst on a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic position ideally aimed at an HR generalist who has had exposure to compensation and benefits within their career to date and wishes to specialise in this area going forward. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and high quality compensation service to include the provision of sophisticated advice, information and support to the HR team. In addition, you will review and recommend a competitive package to assist in the recruitment and retention of staff, review and recommend pay review processes and participate in salary surveys across 30 regions in Europe.
To be successful in this great role you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical ability, negotiating skills and have a great eye for detail. In addition you must also have personal credibility and be able to react quickly when required. My client is looking to move very quickly, so it would be of benefit if you were available on short notice to start.
