My client, a leading multinational business based in Berkshire is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits analyst on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic position ideally aimed at an experience compensation and benefits analyst who wishes to further their career in this area going forward. You will be responsible for acting as liaison between survey consultancies and the business and completing UK survey submissions as and when required. You will provide a comprehensive and high quality compensation service to include the provision of sophisticated advice, information and support to the HR team. In addition, you will provide support on share schemes processes. To be successful in this great role you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical ability, negotiating skills and have a great eye for detail. In addition you must also have personal credibility and be able to react quickly when required. My client is looking to move very quickly, so it would be of benefit if you were available at short notice to start.
